How To Start A Return

Return Acknowledgement: Our Customer service team will respond back with details of how you can return your item(s).

Pack and Ship: Send your items back to us!

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that items are returned as follows:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed conditions. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.

Tags attached: All original tags must be attached to the items.

Original condition: Items must be returned in their original conditions. Any alterations, modifications or damage caused by the customer will void the eligibility for return or exchange.

Return Window: Items must be returned within the specified return period (30 days).

Refunds And Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item(s):

Refunds: We will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Contact our Customer Service Team first and we can arrange an exchange. We will ship the new item(s) once we receive the original item(s) back from you.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale on the product page.

Personalised Items: Customised or personalised items.

Clearance Items: Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. ​
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team (dripculturecollective@gmail.com) immediately with your name, contact number, order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to rectify the issue.
